Our new menu is full of exciting large and small plates to build a meal with or use to round one out.
A highlight of the new menu is the noodle salads. Bursting with interesting flavor combinations and fresh ingredients, these delicious noodle salads are sure to become a favorite.
First, we have the Jolly Onion, made with ramen noodles, Kalamata olives, roasted onions, sundried tomato, topped with lemon toasted panko, sumac, and rosemary and Tahini sauce with Tomato Guajillo.
Next there’s the Green Root. With green tea noodles, seaweed salad, roasted almonds, sesame seeds, parsley, cilantro and Ponzu sauce.
The Zany Carrot has soba noodles, carrots, baked tofu, cashews, avocado, sesame seeds, and cilantro, and is topped with Jalapeño Peanut Butter.
The Wild Shroom noodle salad has glass noodles. braised shiitake, portabella, enoki mushrooms, cashews, topped with porcini powder and micro arugula, and is topped with two sauces: Spicy Bean and Shiitake Truffle.
